Privacy Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the White List Pro mobile application and related services operated by ŚWIT SP Z O O ("ŚWIT", "we", "us"). White List Pro is designed to work without registration and does not collect personal information through normal app use.
Information Collection
White List Pro does not collect, log, or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, password, advertising identifier, or precise location when you use the app. Registration and sign-in are not required.
App Data
The app may let you create purchase ideas, plans, categories, notes, estimated costs, and purchase history. This information is intended for your own use. ŚWIT does not receive or maintain a server-side copy of this app content through normal use.
Website Data
This privacy-policy page does not include analytics, advertising scripts, account forms, or tracking pixels. Standard network infrastructure may process transient technical protocol information, such as an IP address, only as necessary to deliver the page. ŚWIT does not use this page to build user profiles.
Local Storage
Where White List Pro stores app content locally on your device, that local data remains under your control. Removing app data or uninstalling the application may remove locally stored content, depending on your device and operating-system behavior.
Third-Party Services
Because White List Pro does not collect personal information through normal use, ŚWIT does not sell or share personal app data with third parties. The Google Play listing and Google Play distribution are subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Security
Because ŚWIT does not maintain a personal-user database for White List Pro, the exposure risk associated with such a database is avoided. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we use reasonable measures for systems we operate.
Data Retention
No personal user data is retained by ŚWIT through normal use of White List Pro. We do not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database of your app entries, purchase ideas, plans, or history. If you voluntarily contact us, correspondence may be kept only as reasonably necessary to respond, meet legal obligations, or resolve the matter.
Data Deletion
Because we do not maintain a server-side personal profile for White List Pro, there is normally no account database for us to delete. You can remove local app data using the controls available on your device or by uninstalling the app. If you voluntarily sent personal information to us by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence where legally applicable by writing to [email protected].
Children
White List Pro is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through normal app use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
